Cauliflower Rice ~ Paleo and Gluten Free

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp avocado oil or olive oil
  • 1 medium cauliflower grated (about 4 cups)
  • 1 large yellow onion diced
  • 2 medium carrots diced
  • 1/4 cup diced green pepper
  • 4-6 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 teas ground ginger
  • 2/3 cup frozen petite green peas
  • pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Grate cauliflower with a food processor.
  • Add everything into a frying pan after heating oil. Fry all. Add pepper to taste.
  • Enjoy.
