B.L.A.S.T. ~ Bacon, Lettuce, Avocado, Swiss, & Tomato Sandwich! ~ With Gluten Free Version


I am not a big fan of B.L.T.’s, but I absolutely LOVE  B.L.A.S.T.’s!

Bacon ~ Lettuce ~ Avocado ~ Swiss ~ Tomato
  • 2 slices of bread ~ Gluten Free ~ if needed 
    • (If not… homemade sourdough, slightly toasted… is great)
  • bacon ~ cooked ~ Gluten Free (if needed)
  • lettuce
  • avocado ~ sliced 
  • swiss cheese         
  • tomato ~ sliced
  • ground pepper ~ optional
  • mayo

Construct your sandwich in the following way:

* For Gluten Free… You can also just make a lettuce wrap with extra lettuce.

Spread mayo lightly on both slices of bread, sprinkle with pepper as desired.  Stack a layer of lettuce on one slice of bread.  Cover with slices of bacon, swiss cheese, tomato, and avocado. Top with the second slice of bread. ENJOY!
