Crockpot Rump Roast and Onions

This is the first in my new series of “What’s For Dinner Tonight?” posts. These are tasty recipes I have found elsewhere online that my family has loved! These recipes do not need any adaptations and are totally worthy of sharing. 

This one tonight happens to be extremely easy to make gluten free, too. You only need a gluten free broth. I personally use Shirley J’s Beef Bouillon Mix to make some tasty broth while saving money. It only takes 1/2 teaspoon of this mix to make a cup of broth, so a little goes a long way.

This recipe is definitely a keeper! It is extremely easy to make and I look forward to making it again soon.
